Pascale has lived in Ireland for a long number of years now, and runs her own business importing and distributing chocolates from her native Belgium - she is originally from Antwerp. Due to her mother having diabetes, and her own love of chocolate, Pascale is specialising in low sugar and lower fat content chocolates.
