The Hick Family have long been associated with great pork products.

Ed and Brendan Hick produce some of the best sausages in Dublin from their Dun Laoghaire premises.

They also supply great pork-meat products, and their belly of pork (when you are early enough to get it!) makes a great tasting and economical dinner for six.

They specialise in in-season game and are always experimenting with new flavours in their smoking methods - the taste of their smoked venison is sublime!
