Glebe Brethan
Glebe Brethan cheese is made by David and Mairead Tiernan on their family farm in Dunleer Co. Louth
David and Mairead Tiernan produce their world renowned Glebe Brethan cheese from the raw milk produced by their Montbelierarde cows, which is matured for up to 18 months. It has a sweet and nutty flavour and is found in many top restaurants in Dublin and Leinster.
It is available for sale at the Pantry at the market.
