All stallholders are at the market today. There are some lobster at Gannets stall, priced at €20/kg, but they will sell out fast! Dublin Meath Growers have just told us that they have fresh garden peas available alongside broadbeans, so what a feast that would be for a weekend dinner.
And how about finishing with some lovely Wexford soft fruit and yogurt - choose from cherries, raspberries, strawberries or blackberries - all freshly picked in the last 48 hours!
