The Spud Man will have locally grown (within two miles of the market!) plums and rocket on Saturday. He will also have a range of herbs alongside the usual berry fruits - this week featuring blackberries, blueberries, cherries and strawberries. Looks like the raspberry season is over!
Jim Ryan will have lots of shoulder of lamb for sale this weekend, and the recipe for slow-cooked shoulder of lamb will be available as a wonderful way to cook this cut of meat.
