Yogurt dressing

The basic ingredients for raita (Indian) or tztaziki (Greek) are very similar –

good yoghurt (Greek gives a thicker consistency),
together with finely chopped raw garlic, and
cucumber (long strips made with a potato peeler for the greek version, chopped finely for the raita) –
add some lemon juice and finely chopped mint to perk it up – couldn’t be simpler!
Add as much mint as you like yourself, sometimes the mint you can buy can be a bit tasteless, so you could try growing some in a pot in the garden
