Fish & shellfish

 Around our coasts we have great fish and shellfish - such a pity that much of it ends up in the markets and restaurants of London and Paris! At Honest2Goodness, we are very lucky to have fish which comes into Rossaveal in West Galway, and that we have a trusty fish-man, who is prepared to bring his fish-van up to Glasnevin every Saturday to present us with some fabulously fresh and seriously good-value fish! In this section of the website, we will be adding seasonal recipes throughout the year. If you have a favourite recipe, send it to us and we'll add it to the growing list!
