This course is suitable for those already employed in the drinks industry who want to futher their knowledge of world wines. This course may also be of interest to those not employed in the drinks trade but who would like a more in-depth understanding of wine.
The class consists of both wine tutorials and practical tasting.
This course is being delivered by The Wine Academy, and will be led by Mary Gaynor. It will take place from the 5th of October until the 23rd of November on Monday evenings. The first evening will include a food and wine matching session, where participants will sample a range of tapas-style dishes with accompanying wines to illustrate the principles of food and wine matching.
